Right fielder Mookie Betts is an American who competes in Major League Baseball for the “Los Angeles Dodgers” at the moment (MLB). Mookie Lynn Betts was born October 7, 1992, in Smyrna (Tennessee). His parents partly chose his name to be MLB’s initials. They were identical to Major League Baseball. His mother was his first Little League Baseball Coach. He is also a relative of Terry Shumpert, a former MLB player.

He attended John Overton High school in Nashville, Tennessee, where he played baseball. Betts slugged.548 and had 24 steals in his junior year.
