Pacquiao was a Filipino-born Kibawe native, Bukidnon. He was raised in the Philippines in General Santos. He is the son of Rosalio Pacquiao’s wife and actress Dionisia Dpidran. After his father’s affair, his parents divorced when he was in sixth grade. He is the fourth in a family of six, with one brother, Alberto “Bobby” Pacquiao.
